We are about getting results and having fun. Our online workout program is a remote option for athletes seeking an intelligently designed routine that will evolve year-round. This program will increase your work capacity, strength, and mobility while utilizing workout methodoligies that enable consistency and results.
Coach Kyle provides a guided plan to help you achieve your goals and progress athletically.
Coach Kyle Z writes the programming for Sirius. Our programming option with Kyle will improve your fitness level, get you stronger, and more mobile. This subscription offers a well-thought-out training program designed specifically for athletes interested in remote training outside of the Bailey's Gym facility. This will improve your athleticism and strength in high-intensity workouts and places a year-round emphasis on strength and conditioning. Coach Kyle has over 10 years of coaching and training experience, a Master's Degree in Exercise Science, the esteemed NSCA CSCS Certification, a CFL1 Certification, and many other accomplishments. But most importantly, Coach Kyle knows how to drive sustainable results.
Why the name Sirius?
Seeing how Bailey's Gym is named after a monstrous pup with virtuous characteristics, Sirius is an extension of Bailey built to reach the masses while honoring the righteous, moral, and strong values of our gym. Sirius is known as the "dog star" and is located inside the constellation Canis Major (the Greater Dog).
What equipment is needed?
Standard gym equipment, pull-up bar, barbell, bench, dumbbells, bands recommended but optional (mini, micro-mini, monster from Elite FTS)
How long do workouts take?
60-70 minutes, 5 days per week
What should I do if I miss a workout?
Just fall back into the program as soon as you can. Don’t worry about making up missed sessions.
What if I can only workout 3 days a week?
Select one upper body day, one lower body day, and one Oly/gymnastics day. If your goal is to prioritize a certain area of the body, you can substitute the Oly/gymnastics day for a second upper or lower day.
How much coaching will I receive?
If you are looking for an individual coach, we offer that separately. But if you are comfortable reading workouts and asking questions when you need to, you’ll have everything you need. Our coaches will answer questions within 24 hours via email.
Can I join in the middle of a training block?
Yes! Jump in anytime.
While the workouts will progress throughout the cycle, there’s nothing lost by joining mid-cycle. You’ll get a feel for the structure and the movements and be ready when the next block begins.
How much is it?
How are workouts delivered?
Through Wodify, where you will log and track your progress.
