Classes will be thoughtfully varied between strength and conditioning work. You, and a small group, will be lead by a knowledgeable coach through various movements ranging from foundational, to highly skilled, with lots of options for accommodating various experience levels. You will learn to work with equipment such as: kettlebells, medicine balls, barbells, dumbbells, jump ropes, rowing machines, and more. There are also endless options to use your own bodyweight, like burpees! Yes, there will be burpees :)
Nope, we are all just normal people trying to do better than we did yesterday, and besides, leave that to us! We have intelligent and fun workout programming for all! We will worry about getting you to where you want to be. All you have to do is show up! We start our workouts where everybody can accomplish the work, then we modify any movement to make it more or less challenging based on everyone’s experience level. We do so in a way that will give the entire family a great workout.
